Ordering Process
  1. Fill out and submit the following form with your contact information and details on your website request.

  2. Once we have reviewed your information we will contact you to verify all details of the site so that we may write up a contract for your site including final price for the project.

  3. As soon as you sign off on the site details and price, we will begin desiging your site. We will work with you throughout the site design process to ensure that the website meets your needs and expectations.

  4. For basic sites payment will not be required until the site is complete. For larger or more involved sites, we may request partial payment up front which will be stated in the contract.

    Liability of Submitted Materials

    All materials submitted to Noack Cross Media are my personal property. Noack Cross Media's liability for any loss or damage during the requested service, including shipment, will be limited to replacement costs of the media only. Any audio recordings, video recordings and/or photos submitted to Noack Cross Media are not to their knowledge protected by copyrights owned by another. If the material is protected, the undersigned has obtained permission of the copyright owner to make or have Noack Cross Media make copies of the material and that such permission is in written form and in possession of the undersigned. The undersigned warrants that this order is to be used exclusively for private home use and will not be commercially distributed. The undersigned will hold Noack Cross Media harmless for any judgment costs, legal fees, or other expenses that might arise by the reason of infringement of copyright related to this order.

    Refunds

    Refunds will only be offered in the event that Noack Cross Media has not met the agreed terms of the selected service.
