Service Agreement

All materials submitted to Noack Cross Media are my personal property. Noack Cross Media's liability for any loss or damage during the requested service will be limited to replacement costs of the media only. Any audio recordings, video recordings and/or photos submitted to Noack Cross Media are not to their knowledge protected by copyrights owned by another. If the material is protected, the undersigned has obtained permission of the copyright owner to make or have Noack Cross Media make copies of the material and that such permission is in written form and in possession of the undersigned. The undersigned warrants that this order is to be used exclusively for private home use and will not be commercially distributed. The undersigned will hold Noack Cross Media harmless for any judgment costs, legal fees, or other expenses that might arise by the reason of infringement of copyright related to this order. Transfer Guaranteed. Limited to re-do only. No refunds.

Step 1: Create Your Order

To begin your ordering process, fill out our online order form for the service you are ordering. Make sure to fill out all applicable fields and options and ensure that the information is accurate.

In order to submit your order, you MUST read and agree to the terms and conditions of the service. Once you have checked the box indicating your agreement, the submit button will be available to submit your order to us.

Step 2: Print Your Invoice

As soon as your order has been submitted an invoice will display on the screen. Make sure to print two copies of the invoice, one for your records and one to ship with your order. An email will also be sent to the email address you specify.

Step 3: Shipment and Payment

After your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once we have reviewed your order, we will send you an email containing the shipping address for your order and payment instructions. If paying by Credit Card, a link for using PayPal's secure online payment system will be included. If paying by check, please include full payment with your order.

We will inform you once we have received your order.

Step 4: Order Completion

We will contact you during the course of working on your order with any questions and to make sure that your project is being done to your liking. Once completed, and once we have received full payment, we will inform you when your product has shipped as well as any additional information such as tracking information.

To ensure that your media, photos, or slides are not damaged during shipment, please make sure that all items are well packed and protected.

Noack Cross media is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipment. We will do everything we can to make sure your items are packed securely and sent to the address you provide.
